RENTAL MANAGEMENT FEE:
FULL MANAGEMENT – Fee collected from the monthly rent 10% + VAT
TENANCY FINDING SERVICE – Fee collected from first month’s rent
50% on the monthly rental a minimum fee of £450 (inc VAT)
OTHER FEES
Initial set-up cost £200 (inc VAT) (this is taken from the first month’s rent)
Change of Tenant £150 (inc VAT)
We do not add a surcharge to any maintenance/work bills - the landlord is charged what the job costs!
Tenants Holding Deposit £100 refundable at start of tenancy
All deposits are placed securely within the Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
Grants are members of The Property Ombudsman & have Client Protection via NFOPP
