Grants of Ringwood commenced trading as a family run Independent Estate Agency practice on 1st July 1993, created by husband and wife team, Jon and Sally Grant.
Jon began his estate agency career in 1978 and met his wife, Sally in 1982, when she was working in direct competition.
Their business ethos has always been to provide “The Service That Sells”, ensuring customers and clients receive an innovative, yet traditional, sales service.
The key to any business success is the ability to react to change, provide VFM (value for money) and be market leaders in a creative, professional and friendly manner.
Their team have worked tirelessly over the years, showing incredible loyalty, commitment and patience, to place Grants at the forefront of their profession.
Jon has been involved in many roles, including Chairman of the Bournemouth and District Association of Estate Agents in 1999, President of Ringwood Chamber of Trade and Commerce between 1996 and 1998 and Chairman of Wessex Team since 2001. He is also Chairman of The Furlong Traders Association.
Jon and Sally’s decision to join TEAM coincided with their belief that they should offer a more comprehensive marketing facility to their clients, without losing control of their market share, within their own immediate locality. Therefore, in 1998, they became Members of Team, enabling them to immediately link to a National Network of computer linked like minded Independent Estate Agents throughout the country, 34 of which are based locally with Dorset and West Hampshire (Wessex Region).
Continual changes, in terms of technology, have assisted the growth of their Estate Agency business, which is reflected in Teams increasing innovative marketing style, allowing the independence to flourish, with the major support of a National Network. The coverage is “spectacular”.
Jon and Sally are ably supported by their colleagues, Paul, Lynn, Katrina and Fiona, who are always willing to provide helpful hints or specific marketing advice.
